NEC Media: DoCoMo To Offer The Thinnest Smartphone In The World In Three Weeks

"World’s thinnest smartphone, NEC, Casio Mobile Drive N-04C, is real. And the service NTT DoCoMo, the largest mobile operator in Japan, did not want to waste time bringing to the market here in stores March 15.
As reported, the media act only 7.7 mm, making it the thinnest 3G smartphone out there (S Galaxy II, 8.49 mm thick).
A 105 g, it is pretty light, too (iPhone weighs 137g 4), especially when you consider that the package of the device:

• Android 2.2 (2.3 update in the summer of this year)
• 5.1MP CMOS
• I-mode compatibility
• 1Seg digital TV tuner
• based electronic wallet

• Wi-Fi
• HSUPA
• Infrared
DoCoMo plans to offer black and white media. Casio Mobile NEC is not yet if this beauty is available outside of Japan, even at one point.
