Earlier this week, we saw that McLaren had specialized in making a good road bike Venge. Apparently, the Audi felt left out of the party and announced its fruits with the Portland bike-maker Renovo: Series "Duo".
Bike service "primary differentiation is, of course, the wooden frames. Audi has built" wood selected to match the look of the interior of the Audi vehicles. "Suppose you also made wood according to its strength and weight, but did not really mention it.
It comes in three flavors: the city, sports, and the road. City duo has a belt and Shimano 8-speed ready, and the road is a more traditional 20 speeds. Sport is ... wait, no information about the sport at all. I guess it's a downhill bike with wide tires more focused and maybe some shocks
About $ 6500 for the city and $ 7500 for the road, I'd say these are certainly "message" bikes. If I felt like spending a lot on a bike, I prefer the Venge, personally. I still go to Audi for skis, however.
Thanks
